All three of the above run on Mac OS X and other Unix systems. Adobe Acrobat will also operate on MicroSoft Windows. If you are using a Macintosh the preview application that comes with the system will also allow reading and printing of PDF files.
If for some strange reason you think you need to edit my CV after you get your hands on it then I suggest one of the groff source code, text, or html versions might be what you are looking for. I am told that MS-Word can import html and text documents.
No I can not and will not supply it as a "word .doc". If you really want to pull the pretty PDF version into a copy of MS-Word because you can not think of any other way to read the document there is a commercial plugin for MS-Word that will do the job. I have seen it at CompUSA near the checkout. There is also pdfgrabber at http://pixelplanet.com/english/products/pdfgrabber/index.html. I am also told that Adobe Acrobat Professional will import PDF documents into MS-Word.
If you still use Microsoft Windows and you insist on sending and receiving ms-word documents now might be a good time to re-think things. MS-word documents are vectors for virus intrusion on a Microsoft system, and a document editied on one system may not display or print right on another system. All those problems are a thing of the past when you use a PDF.
